Rent Reviews

We can advise either the landlord or the tenant. But we cannot act for both. Our role is to look after the interests of our client, and to give them clear and concise advice.

Tenants. If you are due for a rent review, we can ensure that your new rent is consistent with current market conditions, and that it is not unduly expensive. This is subject to the terms of your lease.

Landlords. If we are actively managing your property for you, then we can advise on rent reviews as part of our overall management package.

Lease Renewals

We can advise either the landlord or the tenant. But we cannot act for both. Our role is to look after the interests of our client, and to give them clear and concise advice.

Tenants. If you want to renew your lease, terms and rent will have to be negotiated with the landlord. Our role is to look after your interests by keeping your rent as low as possible, and by advising on the terms and conditions to ensure that they are not unduly onerous.

We can also carry out schedules of dilapidations at the beginning and end of each tenancy.

Landlords.
If we are actively managing your property for you, then we can advise on lease renewals as part of our overall management package.
