Commercial Valuations

We carry out valuations for all purposes, including loans, taxation, company balance sheets, bankruptcy, and insurance. All our valuations are carried out within the guidelines set out in the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards Manual, "the Red Book".

Landlord and Tenant

We advise on rent reviews and lease renewals and we can negotiate for you if required to do so. We can act for either the landlord or the tenant.

We can also carry out schedules of dilapidations at the beginning or end of a lease.
